I came across Sam's website via a google search and requested him to give us a quote, he was extremely quick and responsive in providing us with his services, gave us the best price, used good quality insulation and answered all the questions. He also informed us about a leak under the house and offered to come over to add the remaining insulation after the leak was repaired. It took us over 3 months to get a plumber because of the Covid lockdown. When the leak was fixed, I emailed him and without any delays Sam came over and added the remaining insulation.Not just that our dog had managed to get under the house and remove a piece of insulation, Sam even fixed that without charging us any extra amount.
